  • Flowable AI Studio overview and core capabilities
  • Utility Agents: operations, inputs/outputs, prompts, tools, and usage
  • Hands-on: AI‑enhanced complaint handling with Utility Agents

Session 2 – Orchestration, Documents & Knowledge

  • Orchestrator Agents and AI-driven case behaviour
  • AI Chat, intents, and AI activation patterns
  • Document Agents: classification and extraction
  • Knowledge Bases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • External Agents, A2A, and AI auditing in Flowable Control
  • Hands-on: AI‑orchestrated cases with documents and knowledge

  • Understand core agentic AI concepts and how they are implemented in Flowable
  • Design and configure Utility, Orchestrator, Document, Knowledge, and External Agents
  • Embed AI agents into BPMN processes and CMMN cases

Prerequisites

A solid understanding of Flowable basics and some hands-on experience with processes or case modeling are a prerequisite for this course. Familiarity with the Service Registry, BPMN and CMMN is strongly recommended.
